Terms of Service
Last updated: March 20, 2026
1. About this service
Sub-Switch (the “Service”) is a free guide operated by NamiFlowthat links readers to the official cancellation and restart pages of third-party subscription services. The Service does not act on your behalf. You complete every transaction on the third-party service's own website, signed in as yourself.
Reading any guide is free and does not require an account. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. No login credentials stored
The Service never asks for, receives, or stores credentials (usernames, passwords, security codes, or session tokens) for any third-party subscription service.
3. No warranty
- We re-check cancellation pages regularly and date every guide, but third-party services may change their flows without notice. Always confirm the latest steps on the service's own official page.
- The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NamiFlow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to unintended cancellations, continued charges by third-party services, or loss of access to content. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
5. Prohibited use
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction.
- Any attempt to overload, interfere with, or probe the infrastructure that hosts the Service.
- Reproducing, redistributing, or selling Sub-Switch content without prior written permission.
- Use that violates applicable law or public order.
6. Optional tipping
The Service may display an optional tipping link via a third-party provider (such as Buy Me a Coffee). Tipping is entirely voluntary and is processed by the third-party provider under its own terms. NamiFlow does not store your payment information.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be brought to the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
