Privacy Policy

NamiFlow (“we”) operates Sub-Switch (the “Service”). We minimize the data we collect on purpose. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

1. Browsing the guides

You do not need to sign in or create an account to read any guide. For security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring, our infrastructure provider (Vercel) processes anonymous request logs including IP address, user agent, and requested URL. These are retained for a short period and are not joined to any personal identifier.

2. What we never collect

We never store credentials for any third-party service.

Sub-Switch does not ask for, receive, or store usernames, passwords, security codes, or session tokens for any subscription service it links to.

3. Cookies and analytics

The public Service does not require cookies to function. If you choose to send an optional tip via a third-party provider (such as Buy Me a Coffee), that provider may set its own cookies subject to its own privacy policy.

To improve the Service, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors. We also record anonymous, aggregate events such as page referrers and clicks on outbound links. None of this is joined to any personal identifier.

Anything you save in “My Switch List” (service names, status, notes) is stored only in your browser on your device (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data will erase it.

4. Third-party processors

  • Vercel Inc.— hosting and CDN. Processes anonymous request logs as described above.
  • Supabase Inc.— stores the guide content itself (service names, cancellation steps, etc.). Does not store visitor data.
  • Buy Me a Coffee (Buy Me a Coffee LLC)— handles optional tipping if you choose to use it. Their privacy policy governs that flow.

5. International transfers

Hosting and storage may be located outside Japan (primarily in the United States). Each provider maintains its own safeguards and is responsible for transfers to its data centers.

6. Your rights

If we hold any personal data about you (for example, your name or email from an optional tip you sent us via a third-party provider), you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. The most recent version is always available at this URL.
